Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Risk and Compliance Senior Analyst for a return-to-office role in Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3. You will support Client Due Diligence under AML rules and assist the BAU team with risk policy implementation.

The role requires 3–5 years in KYC profiling, supervisory experience, and QC; coaching others and QA exposure are valued. This is a hands-on compliance position with shift scheduling constraints.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of KYC profiling experience.
• QC and Supervisory experience is required; SME knowledge is a plus.
• QC
• QA experience will be validated during Skills Interview.
• Coaching and helping others improve performance is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BAU unit with Client Due Diligence under AML regulations.
• Research corporate structures and identify beneficial ownership using databases and other sources.
• Assist the BAU team with AML and other risk policies and related work streams.
• Project shift: Mid Shift; rest days: Weekends; location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3.

• Researching corporate structures and identifying beneficial ownership through the use of databases and other appropriate sources

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 to 5 years of KYC profile
• QC and Supervisory exp is required; alternately, the candidate should possess SME knowledge. The following experiences will be validated during Skills Interview:
