Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Analytics Senior Manager for a hybrid role based in Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3. You will design and implement advanced analytics solutions using statistical modeling, ML, and BI tools to improve business performance.

You will lead client and internal teams, manage projects, deliver demos, and mentor junior staff while aligning analytics initiatives with business goals. A bachelor's degree and 10+ years in analytics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (open to any course).
• 10+ years of analytics experience.
• Strong understanding of F&A or Contact Center processes preferred.
• Knowledge of Python preferred.
• Proficient in data visualization with Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using statistical modeling, machine learning, and BI tools to support business performance, generate actionable insights, and drive operational efficiency
• Use data-driven techniques to generate business insights, analyze process performance, and drive business value
• Account Management and coordination with client and internal teams to understand business needs, help design the solution and manage its implementation
• Conduct demos of key analytics offerings for clients and internal teams
• Train and mentor junior members of the team OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (open to any course)
• At least 10 years of Analytics experience
• Strong understanding of F&A or Contact Center processes is preferred – (Understanding of either of these processes is preferred)
• Knowledge of Python is preferred
• Proficient in data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Power BI or Tableau is preferred
