Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Operations Assoc Manager to oversee non-clinical staff and Team Leads, providing leadership, mentoring, and decision-making guidance to deliver results across the service delivery domain.

You will monitor regulatory compliance, allocate resources, and implement HR processes, with a focus on continuous improvement. This role reports to Operations Leads and requires night shift exposure in a return-to-office setup at Quezon Cyberpark Tower 3.

Qualifications

• Standard Associate Manager profile.
• At least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees non-clinical staff and Team Leads.
• Provides leadership, oversight, guidance and mentoring to Team Leads in making independent decisions, which have major day-to-day impact in area of responsibility, and may influence direction of other areas.
• Monitors and maintains team compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements related to work performed.
• Allocates resources and responsibilities across a team to deliver business results and develop team members. Manages consistent application of human resource processes including career development, salary review, resources, clinical licensure of associates as needed, and performance management within area of responsibility.
• Initiates and promotes continuous improvement programs across spheres of influence.
• Works with Operations Leads, assumes accountability for results of work to both Accenture and client.
• Responsible for medium-term planning, objective setting, and development of new procedures and reporting within areas of responsibility.
• Contributes broad and deep knowledge in areas of functional or business specialization across a broad operational framework/range of projects.
