Job summary

Accenture Philippines in Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3 is seeking a Capital Markets Ops Analyst for a return-to-office role. Eligibility is limited to those with the right to live and work in the Philippines. Night shift hours and weekends off are part of the schedule.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day brokerage operations, perform reconciliations, and help prepare operational reports under supervision, demonstrating problem-solving and collaboration with multiple partners.

• 2 to 3 years of brokerage operations experience.
• Transferable knowledge relevant to annuity commissions.
• Voice proficiency at least B2.

POSITION TITLE: Capital Markets Ops Analyst

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE: Support day-to-day operations within assigned functional operations area under direction of the supervisor/manager. Processes transactions, interacts with clients in certain instances, front office, operations, compliance, accounting and other internal and external business partners to complete daily.RESPONSIBILITIES: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

• 1. Perform day-to-day operations by processing transactions, performing critical functions while maintaining excellent service levels.
• 2. Performs various reconciliation tasks.
• 3. Prepare and review operational reports.
• 4. Assist in resolving issues and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet the demands of the business.
• 5. Responsible for having an overall knowledge of all department processes.
• 6. Demonstrate initiative and commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the business.
• 7. Research and resolve issues and act as liaison with the clearing firm in support of the business.
• 8. Assist with gathering information at the direction of management for audit requests.
• 9. Function as critical staff for business recovery.
• 10. Supports ad-hoc projects as needed under the direction of the supervisor/manager

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in Brokerage Operations
