Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Business and Tech Delivery Analyst for a hybrid role in Quezon City. You will help the automation team build and manage Microsoft Power Platform tools, dashboards, and reports to improve processes and reporting.

The role focuses on delivering scalable solutions through Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, while collaborating with end-users and stakeholders. You will design and optimize flows, maintain data in Excel, and ensure governance and security compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience required or equivalent
• Strong individual contributor capabilities
• Advanced Excel proficiency is a must
• Experience with Power Platform preferred or equivalent tools

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power Apps interfaces and custom business applications
• Design and optimize Power Automate flows for approvals and automation
• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI using DAX and Power Query
• Transform and manage data in Excel for reporting and dashboards
• Integrate Forms for data input into automated workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and wireframes
• Document system architecture, data mappings, and user instructions
• Troubleshoot performance or logic issues in apps, reports, and flows
• Conduct testing and QA on developed solutions
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies
• Integrate with SharePoint, SQL Server, Outlook, Teams
• Provide training and support to users

POSITION TITLE: Business and Tech Delivery Analyst WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE: To help the automation team build and manage Microsoft tools and dashboards that improve processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps for form-based interfaces and custom business applications
• Design, develop, and optimize Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, and process automation
• Create interactive dashboards and insightful reports in Power BI using DAX and Power Query
• Manage and transform data using Excel for reporting, analysis, and dashboard integration
• Use Microsoft Forms for survey and data input, integrating responses into automated workflows
• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements, design wireframes, and deliver solutions
• Maintain documentation of system architecture, workflows, data mappings, and user instructions
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance or logic issues in apps, reports, and automation flows
• Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of developed solutions
• Ensure compliance with organizational data governance, security, and privacy policies
• Integrate with third-party services and APIs when needed (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Outlook, Teams)
• Provide training and support to users on developed tools and dashboards
• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing solutions for scalability and efficiency
• Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform best practices, feature releases, and trends

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 to 3 years experience
• Experience in MS Power Platform is required; open to resources with no Power Platform experience but have used equivalent tools, i.e., Google coding
• SQL only (SSIS, SSRS, ETL, PowerBI good to have but not required)
• With advanced Excel
• No domain
