You may engage with content processing and policy-aligned reviews to support safe platform operations. Required 3+ years of experience, strong JavaScript/React/CSS skills, and resilience to handle high-pressure content-operations

Qualifications

• Proficiency required: Javascript – Advanced.
• React.Js – Intermediate.
• CSS – Advanced Preferred.
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
• Excellent comprehension, communication, and skills.
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (i.e., ReactJS).
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Support a group who review, classify and/or remove, work with, view or engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels and/or creating prompts to interrogate large language models, evaluating their responses, and contributing to the development of a baseline understanding of responsible AI issues for generative AI
