RESPONSIBILITIES: Service Delivery & Operations Management
Ensure achievement of contractual SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Monitor operational performance and proactively address service delivery risks and escalations.
Drive adherence to standard operating procedures and process controls.
Drive initiatives to improve:
Partner with stakeholders to reduce overdue receivables and minimize bad debt exposure.
Monitor credit and collection metrics and recommend actions to improve working capital.
Serve as a key point of contact for client and business stakeholders.
Lead governance reviews, operational meetings, and business discussions.
Build strong relationships across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Treasury, Finance, and Controllership teams.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and business performance.
Lead and develop teams of Team Leads, Analysts, and Specialists.
Drive performance management, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning activities.
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
Support workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and capability development initiatives.
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization.
Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on improving efficiency and customer experience.
Lead or support transition, migration, and transformation projects.
Utilize analytics and reporting tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and audit requirements.
Support internal and external audits and ensure closure of identified action items.
Implement risk mitigation plans and ensure business continuity readiness.
Monitor compliance with customer contractual commitments and regulatory requirements.
