Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking a Program and Project Mgmt Sr Analyst to lead medium to high complexity projects within a hybrid setup. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of client requirements, reporting to leadership, and maintaining strong governance across PMO processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in PMO with at least 1 year in supervisory roles, is comfortable with change and risk management, and can adapt to varied industries.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years PMO experience.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Open to any industry; no domain restrictions.
• OTC component is preferred only.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end projects relating to Collections, Cash Applications and Credit Risk.
• Coordinate work with the delivery team to ensure deadlines/project milestones and customer requirements are achieved and standard processes are being followed.
• Drive the completion of client deliverables and provide regular reporting to client and Accenture Leadership.
• Manage reporting, analyzing and forecasting of critical business activities for projects.
• Set and manage day-to-day client expectations, acting as delivery escalation point.
• Ensure compliance controls including SOX, Privacy Administration and Compliance Administration.
• Establish effective change management and participate in local/global projects.
• Provide assurance that internal controls are in place and assets are accurately reflected.
• Ensure Client Data Protection measures are enforced.
• Represent the team in business discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritize client service requests aligned with client strategy.

POSITION TITLE: Program and Project Mgmt Sr Analyst

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:

The role includes management of a medium to high level project and ensuring that the deliverables are met. The role is required to be highly flexible to respond to a dynamic and challenging environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and execute end-to-end projects relating to Collections, Cash Applications and Credit Risk.
• Coordinate work with the delivery team to ensure deadlines/project milestones and customer requirements are achieved and standard processes are being followed. Drive the completion of client deliverables.
• Manage the effort for reporting, analyzing and forecasting the critical business activities for projects.
• Help set and conduct day-to-day management of client expectations, acting as a delivery escalation point around client priorities and issues.
• Responsible for the regular reporting to the client and Accenture Leadership.
• Ensure compliance control by developing and implementing proper and effective controls to support Process & Compliance controls, SOX requirements, Privacy Administration and Compliance Administration.
• Establish effective change management process by recommending operating efficiency improvements and undertake assigned local / global projects and internal initiatives after going live.
• Responsible for providing assurance to the client that proper internal control is in place and that the client's assets and obligations are accurately reflected.
• Manage and ensure project's Client Data Protection measures are enforced.
• Represent the team in front of business discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure client service requests and initiatives are accurately prioritized and aligned with the strategy and direction of the client's organization.
• Any other duties deemed appropriate by Accenture.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
