POSITION TITLE: Record to Report Ops Analyst

OVERALL PURPOSE

Senior Revenue Accountant will join a dynamic finance team in a high-growth, technology-focused company. This role is essential for managing comprehensive revenue accounting processes under US GAAP, particularly ASC 606, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Month-End Close: Lead month-end close processes, including the preparation and review of journal entries related to revenue, write-offs, loss reserves, and other estimates. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP.


• Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports; perform flux analysis and present financial data and insights to management.


• Account Reconciliations: Perform detailed accounts receivable reconciliations and prepare the allowance for doubtful accounts.


• Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support for both internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.


• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis: Generate special reports as required by management; assist in financial analysis and projections.


• Compliance and Process Improvement: Adhere to financial policies and regulations; continuously seek and implement opportunities to optimize financial processes.
