Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product information, price inquiries, complaints, delivery follow-ups, etc.
  • Accurately log all incoming calls in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for proper documentation.
  • Identify concerns efficiently and effectively, providing necessary solutions where applicable.
  • Coordinate with various branches and departments to resolve customer concerns and requests.
  • Ensure pending concerns are attended to promptly and escalate issues as needed.
