Key Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, configuration and patching of SQL Server environments, ensuring systems remain current and compliant.
• Design and maintain database architectures that support scalability, resilience and business growth.
• Implement and manage data security frameworks, including access governance and vulnerability remediation.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver database components of technology projects and system enhancements.
• Maintain detailed documentation, standards and procedures to support consistent and effective database operations.
• Provide Service Desk support, proactively monitor system health and ensure timely resolution of issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft SQL Server administration, including SSRS and SSIS, with solid T‑SQL scripting capability.
• Expertise in SQL Server performance tuning, optimization and high availability solutions (including Availability Groups).
• Hands‑on experience with backup, recovery and disaster recovery planning, alongside knowledge of security best practices.
• Exposure to Windows Server environments, including failover clustering and general server management.
• Well‑developed analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively and continuously learn and improve.
