Job summary

MRI Software in the Philippines is seeking a Data Validator to perform day-to-day validation of data identified by automated systems, ensuring accuracy for client reports. The Data Validation Team reviews data against peer groups and data sets, raises tickets when issues are found, and documents events causing data changes.

The role operates in a hybrid setup with 2 days of work from home. Requirements include excellent numeracy, strong organizational and communication skills, persistence, and

Qualifications

• Excellent numeracy and data handling abilities.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Review data flagged by the Data Validation System (DVS).
• Evaluate previous day's data for unexplained changes.
• Raise tickets as required to document issues.
• Identify events causing data changes and document findings.
• Ensure validation deadlines for client reports are met.
• Generate estimations following set internal processes.
• Capture screen shots from cameras when required.
• Review back data as needed by Reporting or Customer Service.

Main Purpose Of Job

Business as usual validation – day to day review of data identified by automated system

The Team

The Data Validation Team are responsible for ensuring that Springboard’s data is as accurate and complete as possible within a timely manner. This role requires that the data is reviewed on a day to day basis against appropriate peer groups and data sets, identifying and explaining unexpected data and potential issues with equipment.

Routinely

The Data Validator role will:

• Using the Data Validation System (DVS) review data identified by the system as suspect


• Evaluate the previous days data for unexplained changes / issues


• Raise tickets as required


• Identify events that may cause these changes in data and make detailed records




• Desk research (Google etc)


• Reviewing previous tickets (ZenDesk)


• Reviewing DVS comments and Analyser calendar entries




• Ensure validation deadlines are met in time for client reports


• Generate estimations based on set processes where required


• Capture screen shots from cameras where required

In Addition, They Will

• Review back data as required by Reporting or Customer Service

Skills Required

• Microsoft office suite – especially outlook, excel and google sheets


• Knowledge of Springboard DVS and reports would be an advantage, but training will be provided
