Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Data Validation professional in a hybrid role with 2 days of work-from-home. You will review data flagged by the DVS, investigate anomalies, raise tickets, and document root causes. Proactive desk research and prior ticket review will support timely client reporting.

Strong numeracy, organisation, and communication are essential, with training provided for DVS specifics. Experience with ZenDesk and Google Sheets will help you thrive in a collaborative data team

• Using the Data Validation System (DVS) review data identified by the system as suspect.
• Evaluate the previous days data for unexplained changes or issues.
• Raise tickets as required in helpdesk systems.
• Identify events that may cause data changes and document them.
• Desk research (Google etc).
• Reviewing previous tickets (ZenDesk).
• Reviewing DVS comments and Analyser calendar entries.
• Ensure validation deadlines are met for client reports.
• Generate estimations based on set processes where required.
• Capture screen shots from cameras where required.
• Review back data as required by Reporting or Customer Service

Main purpose of job

Business as usual validation – day to day review of data identified by automated system

The Team

The Data Validation Team are responsible for ensuring that Springboard’s data is as accurate and complete as possible within a timely manner. This role requires that the data is reviewed on a day to day basis against appropriate peer groups and data sets, identifying and explaining unexpected data and potential issues with equipment.

Role responsibilities

• Using the Data Validation System (DVS) review data identified by the system as suspect
• Evaluate the previous days data for unexplained changes / issues
• Raise tickets as required
• Identify events that may cause these changes in data and make detailed records
• Desk research (Google etc)
• Reviewing previous tickets (ZenDesk)
• Reviewing DVS comments and Analyser calendar entries
