CITCO INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED-PHILIPPINE ROHQ is seeking an experienced Manager/Assistant Vice President, Data Transformation (Individual Contributor) in Makati/Alabang. The role is dayshift with a hybrid setup.

You will support the Data Transformation Office and management teams in creating robust reporting applications and data products for multiple lines of business. Key duties include coordinating with business groups, automating processes, QA testing, and contributing to

Qualifications

• 5–10 years hands-on experience in custom solution building and/or report writing.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and VBA.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, finance, economics, or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian products.
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with various business groups to identify tactical needs.
• Develop peripheral automation for our processes (e.g. Python, VBA, SQL).
• Coordinate with other technology groups for implementation and deployment.
• QA testing and roll-out of technology.
• Ensure documentation for processes & tools.
• Assist with various projects as assigned.
• Contribute to product vision and align roadmap to strategic goal.
• Work with Product Manager and stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements.
• Ensure quality of work through testing efforts.
• Define and steer development initiatives with business partnerships.
• Influence technology, project management, and operations teams in solution delivery.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitors.
• Collaborate with other product teams on prioritization and reuse of functionality.
