Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a data analyst/scientist to collect, clean, and preprocess diverse data sets to ensure readiness for analysis and decision-making. You will develop, validate, and implement statistical models to extract actionable insights from complex data.

You will perform exploratory data analysis, visualize findings with dashboards, and present recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in statistics, mathematics, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience collecting, handling, and cleaning large, complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for data manipulation and modeling.
• Strong data modeling skills with predictive models.
