Job summary

Antal International is seeking a Data Scientist for a leading enterprise services and digital operations provider in Manila. You will own data science projects end-to-end, from identifying business problems to delivering solutions and measuring impact.

You will collaborate with business, operations, and transformation teams to understand models and opportunities, leverage diverse data sources, and develop ML-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Science / Analytics with hands-on SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; cloud exposure is a plus.
• Ability to identify business problems and translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with business, operations, and transformation teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with deploying analytics solutions and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Title / Designation: Data Scientist

Role & responsibilities:

• Own data science projects end-to-end, from identifying business problems and opportunities to developing solutions and measuring business impact.
• Work closely with business, operations, and transformation stakeholders to understand business models, operational challenges, and identify opportunities where data science can create value.
• Leverage existing and new data sources to perform diagnostic, predictive, and ML-assisted analytics and generate actionable business insights.
• Use SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to analyze complex datasets, identify trends and patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and apply basic machine learning models where appropriate, and work with relevant teams to deploy and operationalize data-driven solutions.
• Track, measure, and continuously optimize the performance and business impact of analytics solutions while clearly communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Candidate requirements:

• Strong experience in Data Science / Analytics with hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts and experience in predictive, diagnostic, or ML-assisted analytics.
• Strong business and analytical acumen with the ability to identify business problems and convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with business, operations, and transformation teams to deliver and measure data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in BI/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; cloud exposure is an added advantage.
• Candidates from Travel, Hospitality, Airlines, OTAs, Logistics, Transportation, or related customer-centric industries would be preferred.
