Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any related 4-year course at least one (1) year of working experience in back-office operations
• Detailed oriented and resourceful
• Basic to intermediate data management tools (i.e. MS Excel, Sheets, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Data gathering and compiling source data needed to generate report for clients
• Cleanse data collected from different entities to standardize format and view of reports
• Account creation and modification: setup of account requests; data entry and updates; master data validations
• Prepare reports: record vital information, generate and publish graphical reports, review holding/quarantine areas for data accuracy, investigate public data against internal data
• Quality control: ensure accuracy of data and call out discrepancies prior to release
• Maintain confidentiality and data security per guidelines
• Adhere to CMMI compliance
• Learning and development: cross-skilling and staying updated on relevant technologies and processes
• Group mailbox management and proper filing of new account documentation
• Maintain project and asset logs; meet team performance metrics
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned
