Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Data Product Manager to drive end-to-end data product development across business units in Bangalore. You will own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for data products, translating business needs into datasets, dashboards, and APIs.

As a key bridge between business units and data teams, you will manage multiple initiatives, lead Agile delivery, and ensure alignment with the enterprise data platform strategy while driving adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Data/Analytics/Product/Program Management roles.
• Experience in managing large-scale data or analytics projects.
• Exposure to cross-functional and global teams.
• Manufacturing domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for data products.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data products such as datasets, dashboards, APIs, and analytics solutions.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across business units.
• Collaborate with Data Platform, Engineering, BI and governance teams.
• Ensure data products align with enterprise data platform strategy.
