Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a Data Privacy Compliance Consultant to safeguard data and ensure compliance with privacy laws.

You will develop and implement privacy frameworks, policies, and procedures, and provide SME guidance to business units and senior management on DP concerns. Responsibilities include policy updates, regulatory gap analyses, DP risk identification, and leading incident response and DP drills.

Responsibilities

• Review and update Privacy-related policies and standards regularly.
• Conduct Gap Analysis of new or amended data privacy regulations.
• Identify risks through environment, legal and regulatory scans for DP initiatives.
• Coordinate DP regulatory communications and annual Privacy Impact Assessments.
• Lead DP Breach drills and incident management activities.
• Support IT and Information Security on data protection standards implementation.
• Assist in contracts with third parties focusing on DP compliance.
• Drive DP controls with Business Units and ensure timely DP activities.
