Job summary

Thakral One Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Data Migration SME to lead a core banking transformation, ensuring the migration of Trade Finance and Lending data from legacy systems to the target platform.

You will define the migration strategy, run mock migrations, map source to target data models, coordinate cutover, and work with business users, solution architects, and delivery teams to align activities with programme goals.

Experience in regulatory and audit evidence for migration sign-off is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end data migration delivery in banking/financial services.
• Ability to design migration strategy and present to stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance and Lending domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver migration strategy including scope and cut-over planning.
• Coordinate mock migrations, dress rehearsals, and production cut-over activities.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
