Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration & Data Quality Analyst to analyze, profile, cleanse, validate, transform, and prepare data from the legacy ERP for migration to a new ERP platform.

The role requires a highly analytical, independent professional who can assess data quality issues and provide fact-based recommendations for cleansing and migration decisions, with hands-on ERP migration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, data migration, data quality, ERP implementation, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale ERP data migration projects.
• Hands-on experience performing data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets and dealing with master and transactional data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, profile, cleanse, validate, transform, and prepare data from legacy ERP for migration.
• Assess data quality issues and recommend treatment for inconsistent or incomplete records.
• Lead hands-on data activities with ERP migration projects and large datasets.
• Collaborate with process owners, ERP teams, vendors, and PM to ensure accurate, complete, and usable migrated data.

Job description

The Data Migration & Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, profiling, cleansing, validating, transforming, and preparing data from the organization's legacy ERP system for migration to a new ERP platform.

The role requires a highly analytical and independent individual who can assess data quality issues, determine appropriate treatment of inconsistent or incomplete records, and make fact-based recommendations on data cleansing and migration decisions.

The successful candidate should have hands-on experience in large-scale ERP data migration, preferably involving complex transactional data, and be comfortable working as an individual contributor with limited day-to-day supervision.

The position will work closely with business process owners, ERP functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and project management to ensure that migrated data is accurate, complete, consistent, traceable, and fit for use in the new ERP.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Experience

Required:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, data migration, data quality, ERP implementation, or related areas.

• Demonstrated experience in large-scale ERP data migration projects.

• Hands-on experience performing data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

• Experience working with large and complex datasets.

• Experience dealing with master data and transactional data.

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP platforms.

• Experience in insurance, financial services, brokerage, accounting, supply chain, or other transaction-intensive environments.

• Experience participating in ERP replacement or legacy-system modernization projects.

• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
