Job summary

Western Digital in Biñan, Laguna, seeks a Technician IV, Engineering – Data Management, System Support and Troubleshooting to sustain data analytics and monitoring solutions for accurate reporting. You’ll maintain dashboards, update SAS/SQL programs, monitor data quality, and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.

Requires an associate or bachelor’s in electronics or IT and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in data processing, dashboards, reporting and monitoring,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in electronics, information technology, computer technology or related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in data processing, dashboards, reporting and monitoring.
• Experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support dashboards to ensure accurate reporting.
• Update SAS and SQL programs used for data processing and reporting.
• Monitor data quality and ensure dashboards and alerts are up to date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data, dashboard, and system issues.
• Perform data validation and integrity checks for reporting accuracy.
• Support automation and continuous improvement for monitoring and analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to address reporting requirements.
