Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Data Management Engineer to support and maintain actuarial data assets, reporting platforms, and automation solutions within a production-focused, collaborative team.

You will work with the Director of Data Management to ensure reliability, accuracy, and availability of business-critical data solutions, building pipelines, dashboards, and automated processes using SQL/T-SQL, Python, Power BI, SSIS, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of data/software engineering with SQL, Python, and relational databases
• Identify data anomalies, reconcile discrepancies, and determine root causes through data investigation
• Experience reconciling data across multiple source systems and data quality issues
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting and visualization customization
• Experience with Visual Studio/VS Code or equivalent platform
• Experience with Streamlit applications is a plus

We are seeking a Data Management Engineer to support and maintain actuarial data assets, reporting platforms, and automation solutions. This role focuses heavily on production support, data operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of existing data pipelines, datasets, dashboards, and reporting processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Data Management to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and availability of business-critical data solutions. The role combines production support, data engineering, business intelligence development, and process automation utilizing SQL/T-SQL, Python, Power BI, SSIS, and Snowflake.

Job Responsibilities

Required Skills/Experience

• The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of data/software engineering experience working with SQL, Python, and relational databases.
• Ability to identify data anomalies, analyze underlying datasets, reconcile discrepancies across systems, and determine root causes through detailed data investigation.
• Experience reconciling data across multiple source systems and investigating data quality issues through SQL-based analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting & visualization customization
• Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, or another equivalent platform
• Experience with Stream lit applications a major plus
• Strong data manipulation skills for analytics
• Excellent critical thinking skills to tackle complex data challenges
• Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills
