Job summary

ADVANCE.AI is seeking a data processing professional to manage end-to-end processing of credit bureau data sources. You will work with internal and external data owners, ensure policy-aligned data handling, secure data movement, and maintain databases with regular backups.

You will leverage ETL tools, perform data quality checks, and provide timely data reports while supporting clients with data mapping and problem solving. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in credit bureau or financial institutions, fintech, or related industry.
• Experience in using and processing Credit Information CIC data.
• Familiar with modern databases, IT systems and ETL tools.
• Solid understanding of data management and administrative policies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Data Processing for all credit bureau data sources with high quality results.
• Communicate with internal and external data owners and stakeholders.
• Ensure all data processing meets company goals, specifically based on data policies.
• Secure data movement and comply with ISMS requirements.
• Managing and utilizing proper ETL tools in daily activities.
• Solving data issues: missing, invalid, duplication, matching, etc.
• Managing database maintenance and backup.
• Supporting clients: data mapping, data contribution, problem solving
• Providing accurate data reports in a timely manner.
• Handle full process of data dispute resolution.
• Demonstrate data quality checking continuously, propose and implement technical solutions to improve data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• Experience in credit bureau, banking, financial institutions, financial technology, non-financial institutions or other related industry for at least 3 years.
• Experience in using and processing Credit Information Corporation (CIC)s credit information data.
• A thorough and proven understanding of data management and administrative policies.
• Familiar with modern, high-tech databases, IT systems and ETL tools.
• Proficient at digesting, understanding, and analyzing large amounts of data.
• Attention to detailed statistical information and data issues.
• Solid working knowledge of data processing and data security policy.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with multiple deadlines and excellent at problem-solving under pressure with high attention to setting the priority.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, mostly in English.
• Confident in making good decisions with given information.
• Self driven and team work experience with good interpersonal, team and cross team skills.
