Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms.
• Solid understanding of data governance and privacy best practices.

In this position you will....

• Leading the data analytics team to collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Managing the development and implementation of data analysis frameworks and methodologies.
• Overseeing the creation of complex reports and dashboards to present actionable insights for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Designing and implementing data models and data structures to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Developing data models to identify trends, performance metrics, and key business drivers.
• Ensuring data integrity through effective governance, quality control, and error resolution processes.
• Collaborating with various departments to understand business needs and translating them into analytic deliverables.
• Managing new partner and product launches from the DI team, ensuring analytics align with business goals.
• Creating documentation for analytics processes, methodologies, data management protocols, and complex reporting structures.
• Staying current with industry trends and introducing new tools, techniques, or processes to enhance the team's capabilities.
