Data Integrity Analyst

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As Data Integrity Analyst with Insight, you will hold a position that primarily analyzes procurement data—such as orders, parts, and systems—and generates reports to support business needs. This role also assists client services and e-commerce teams as required. The position ensures efficient and accurate management of part master data, including adherence to master data policies and performing audits for assigned manufacturers or categories. Additionally, the analyst identifies opportunities for process improvements to maintain data integrity and consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Examine procurement data (orders, parts, systems) and generate reports to support business needs.
  • Maintain and audit master data, cleanse and model data for integrity, and enforce adherence to data policies.
  • Oversee part master data, resolve data issues, and implement process improvements for accuracy and automation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, assist client services and e-commerce, and contribute to special projects as required.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of industry experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX+MATCH, pivot tables).
  • Experience in data analysis and working with raw data.
  • Knowledge of data cleansing and data modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with SAP integration (nice to have).
  • Experience with IOI (Inventory Optimization Initiative) tools (nice to have).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot data issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
