Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking experienced analytics leaders to design and deliver interactive dashboards and BI artifacts that translate complex data into actionable insights. You will wrangle and prepare data, develop visualizations, and tell compelling data stories to enable decision-making.

The role emphasizes leadership of pods, collaboration with stakeholders to set metrics and ROI, and hands-on involvement in solution design and analysis to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Wrangle, analyze, and prepare data to ensure delivery of relevant, consistent, timely, and actionable insights. Leverage modern business intelligence, storytelling, and web-based visualization tools to create interactive dashboards, reports and emerging VIS/BI artifacts. Use and customize (Gen)AI and AI-powered VIS/BI capabilities to enable a dialog with data.

• Lead one or more pods or related workstreams, set priorities, manage timelines and risks, and ensure delivery quality.
• Partner with stakeholders to define quantitative metrics, business outcomes, efficiency measures, and ROI for supply chain initiatives.
• Oversee the generation and testing of data-driven hypotheses and ensure results are interpreted in the context of business operations.
• Provide technical input on systems, data, information requirements, solution design, and resource needs.
• Develop tailored solutions with stakeholders and identify ways to improve metrics, processes, continuity, and capability.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, readiness, and continuity plans are in place before ownership changes.
• Remain hands-on in solution design, analytical review, assumption testing, issue resolution, and technical content as needed.
