Job summary

TaskUs is hiring a Business Insights Analyst to translate data into actionable business insights and stories. You will work with stakeholders to interpret analyses, develop repeatable dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions using SQL and Power BI.

Remote-friendly, on-site Las Piñas shift alignment may apply. The role requires 1–2+ years in data analysis, proficiency with large data sets, and strong communication skills to present findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a IT/Computer-related field as listed.
• 1–2+ years' data analysis experience with large data sets.
• Experience building reports using Power BI (1–2+ years).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into actionable insights and stories to guide business decisions.
• Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable recommendations.
• Develop repeatable reports and dashboards with data visualization.
• Collaborate with business partners to interpret results and determine next steps.
• Create ad hoc analyses to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Work with data visualization team on reporting hygiene and monitoring.
