Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Data Head (AVP/VP) to lead our enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy. You will drive data governance, platforms, and regulatory compliance while partnering with business and risk leaders to maximize data value.

The role requires 15-20+ years in data leadership, experience building scalable data ecosystems, and a track record of transforming organizations through data-driven decision making in a hybrid Manila-area environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 15-20+ years of experience in data, analytics, engineering, or AI leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, and data governance.
• Experience implementing AI/ML solutions, preferably within regulated industries.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale transformation and enterprise data programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive leadership skills.

Job Summary
The Data Head (AVP / VP Level) is responsible for leading the organization’s enterprise-wide data, analytics, and AI strategy to support business growth, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making. This role oversees the development of scalable and secure data ecosystems, drives analytics and AI initiatives, and ensures strong governance, compliance, and data quality standards.
