Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of data governance or data management experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with facilities management systems and work order management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality methodologies, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data governance specialists and data analysts.
• Develop and execute data governance frameworks for the Corrigo platform.
• Monitor data integrity across systems and drive compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and training teams to ensure data quality.
• Lead data migration, system upgrades, and data governance reporting to leadership.
