Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a data governance professional in Manila to drive data quality and stewardship across enterprise systems. The role focuses on establishing data ownership, monitoring quality, and delivering actionable remediation plans using SQL and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with data quality, data governance, operational process improvement, ITSM, CMDB, or a comparable enterprise-system environment.
• Ability to analyze data using SQL and translate findings into actionable remediation plans.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes, standards, workflows, or technical/business rules.
• Strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar documentation/project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish data-quality rules, measures, thresholds, and exception-management processes.
• Define data ownership and stewardship responsibilities with the teams that create and maintain configuration-item data.
• Identify underlying causes of data issues and present findings to management with remediation plans.
• Produce documentation: data definitions, mappings, processes, RACI, quality rules, control evidence, procedures.
• Use SQL and reporting tools to profile data, investigate exceptions, measure quality trends, and show improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and build consensus when ownership or processes are unclear.
• Support enterprise-tool data cleanup and process improvement.
