Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Data Governance Manager to define data policies and oversee data quality, privacy, and governance across the business unit. You will collaborate with analytics, IT, and operations to ensure data is accurate, secure, and accessible, and drive improvements through data lineage and KPIs.

You will lead a team to implement governance frameworks, manage risk, and mentor staff while aligning data initiatives with Globe's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in SQL and Data Analysis.
• 3 years in Master Data, Data Quality, Data Integration.
• 3 years in enterprise-scale data warehouse projects.
• 5 years of experience with data management teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/CE/IS or related field.
• Strong data governance knowledge and data quality policies.
• Attention to detail and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish data governance policies for data lifecycle.
• Define data security and privacy procedures with compliance.
• Track and manage data quality KPIs across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with reporting and operations to meet data quality standards.
• Lead enterprise-wide data governance initiatives.
• Mentor team members and coordinate trainings.
