Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (US)

Work Setup & Schedule:

• Hybrid (5PM to 2AM)

What you’ll be doing:

• Act as the first line of support for data integrity between systems

• Support data migration, data entry and data validation initiatives

• Prepare and send status reports on data population

• Document operational processes, data validation results

• Follow up with partners and managers for missing information

• Join sync calls to interact with team members and provide updates, written and verbal

What will make you a great fit:

• Strong verbal and written language skills, including experience interpreting and responding to questions from English-speaking customers

• Experience with data entry, preferably in excel

• Experience with Salesforce strongly encouraged
