MicroSourcing is hiring a Data Entry Clerk for an onsite, day-shift role at Mall of Asia, Pasay. You will work with invoice data on our imaging website application, ensuring accurate transcription and updates to payment details.

The successful candidate will have OCR familiarity, excellent written and spoken communication, fast and precise input, and strong multitasking abilities to support data quality across multiple software programs.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fast and accurate typing; speed and accuracy are tracked.
• Problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• On our imaging website application, view the invoice image and type the information according to the guidelines shown.
• Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly.
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs.
• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
• Any tasks assigned or mandated by Data Entry Team Lead.
