Flexisource Information Technology Inc. is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and a semantic layer.

You will work with software developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define core metrics, transform raw data into useful models, and establish a scalable analytics infrastructure using modern tools like SQLMesh (or dbt) and Cube. You will design and implement robust data pipelines, apply dbt for transformations, and collaborate with teams to define KPIs

Formación

• 3+ years in analytics, data, or BI engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and data modelling (Star/Snowflake).
• Hands-on experience with dbt, SQLMesh, or similar.
• Knowledge of semantic layers (Cube, LookML, MetricFlow).
• Experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT and orchestration (Airflow, Dagster).
• Strong understanding of governance, testing, and version control.
• Ability to define meaningful metrics with business teams.
• Excellent communication and focus on scalable data systems.
