Job summary

HR Network Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Data Warehouse solutions following Medallion Architecture principles.

You will define data models to support reporting, analytics, and self-service BI, and build scalable pipelines for growing data volumes. The role requires 6–8 years in Data Engineering or BI, strong SQL skills (SSMS/SSIS/T-SQL), and a solid understanding of insurance business data.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
• Expertise: Minimum 6 to 8 years of Data Engineering, Data Warehousing or Business Intelligence
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of core insurance financials, policy lifecycles, and claims states.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SSMS, SSIS, TSQL, TSQLT. Cloud is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Prioritize business context and data quality over pure engineering output.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Data Warehouse solutions following Medallion Architecture principles
• Define and implement data models that support reporting, analytics, and self-service BI
• Develop scalable solutions that support growing data volumes and business requirements
• Establish standards and best practices for data engineering and warehouse development
• Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data
• Implement surrogate key strategies and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)
• Ensure data models support both operational and analytical use cases
• Implement automated validation, reconciliation, and exception handling processes
• Monitor data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness
• Maintain technical documentation for pipelines, models, dictionaries, business rules and operational procedures
• Participate in release planning and deployment activities
