McJIM Leather is hiring for an entry-level Administrative Support role in New Manila, Quezon City. The ideal candidate has a college degree and at least 1 year in data encoding or clerical tasks, with strong Excel skills and reliability in handling confidential records.

You will support data entry, documentation, and coordination in a manufacturing environment, requiring accuracy, organization, and good communication with team members.

Qualificações

• At least a college graduate of any four-year course.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in data encoding, clerical work, or production documentation.
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.
• Knowledge of ERP, inventory management, or production monitoring systems is an advantage.
• Fast and accurate in data entry, with strong attention to detail.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• With good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Honest, reliable, and able to maintain the confidentiality of company records.
• Amenable to work in New Manila, Quezon City.
