Citicon is a leading ready-mix concrete supplier in the south of Mega Manila. We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Encoder to help maintain accurate delivery records in our system/ERP.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable with computers, and willing to learn. Training on our system and procedures will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately encode delivery receipts, invoices, and related information into the company's system/ERP.

• Check entries against source documents to ensure correct dates, company details, document numbers, quantities, and amounts.

• Flag missing information, discrepancies, or duplicate records for verification before completing entries.

• Prepare routine reports and summaries using the ERP or Excel, as needed.

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records for easy retrieval.

• Assist with preparing client invoices and perform other related office and administrative tasks as needed.
