Responsibilities

• Data Encoder is responsible for accurately entering and updating data into computer systems or databases. Primary tasks include inputting, storing, and maintaining data in various forms to ensure accessibility and organization for analysis or reporting.
• Input, update, and maintain data in systems or databases (numerical, textual, or other types).
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness; check for errors or inconsistencies.
• Organize and categorize data within databases for easy access and retrieval.
• Maintain documentation of data entry processes and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
• Prepare reports from entered data when necessary, providing basic analysis or summaries.
• Regularly review data entries to verify correctness and consistency.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High, or HIGHER
• With experience is a plus or without experience as long as willing to be trained
• Physically fit
• With valid original barangay and police clearance
