Job summary

ING is seeking a Business Analyst for Financial & Risk Reconciliation (FRR) to help deliver trusted Finance and Risk data for reporting, analytics, and regulatory purposes. You will work with stakeholders, data specialists, and technology teams to improve data sourcing, governance, and delivery across ING.

You will join the Tribe Granular Reporting in a data-driven, Agile environment, contributing to data quality improvements and regulatory compliance initiatives while partnering with

Qualifications

• Experience in data management and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong SQL and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience gathering, managing, and translating business and data requirements.
• Understanding of logical and conceptual data models.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience with UAT and regression testing.
• Experience supporting Statutory and Regulatory Reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Data Owners, Data Stewards, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Support data onboarding, data modelling, and data management activities across Finance and Risk domains.
• Perform reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data modelers to integrate data from various systems.
• Develop UAT plans and create comprehensive test scenarios.
• Support solution development, implementation, and operational data delivery.
• Monitor progress, communicate dependencies and risks, and engage stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management standards, processes, and ways of working.
