Job summary

Kredivo Group is seeking a Collection Analyst to develop, monitor, and optimize collection strategies, improving portfolio performance and recoveries. You will partner with Collections Operations and cross-functional teams to analyze performance, deliver insights, and implement data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes A/B testing, segmentation, and collaboration across Risk, Product, and Technology to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Collections Strategy, Analytics or related role.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS or R.
• Experience with collection systems, dialers or segmentation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics and KPIs with regular reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with Collections Operations to translate strategy into execution.
• Develop and optimize collection strategies using data and feedback.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to identify effective collection treatments.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance and customer experience.
• Support new collection programs with analytical insights and post-implementation monitoring.
• Perform portfolio segmentation and behavioral analysis for targeted strategies.
• Collaborate with Risk, Product, Operations, and Tech on initiatives.
• Ensure accurate, timely delivery of reports and outputs.
• Stay updated on best practices and regulatory developments in collections.
