Job summary

Kredivo Group in the Philippines seeks a Collections Quality Control Supervisor/Manager to oversee training, QA, and compliance for Desk and Field collections. This role partners with Operations, Risk, Legal and HR to align activities with policies and KPIs.

The role requires strong English communication, ethics, and fintech experience, with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory adherence across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; diploma acceptable with strong QC background.
• 5+ years in collections training, QA, or supervisory roles.
• Experience in Desk and Field Collections preferred.
• Strong ethics, data privacy and customer treatment standards.
• Fintech experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM/LMS familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs based on competency gaps, performance data, audit findings and changes.
• Design, develop and deliver onboarding, refresher and advanced training for Desk and Field agents.
• Lead training materials: modules, slides, SOPs, scripts and job aids.
• Provide coaching and development plans for agents and supervisors.
