Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Mabalacat, Philippines, seeks a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure on-site. This full-time role covers server/network maintenance, structured cabling, and incident response within world-class facilities.

The candidate will install, configure, and maintain equipment, manage documentation, and collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure uptime and capacity planning. On-site with shift rotations and on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills for Cat6/6a and fiber.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
