Job summary

Lauth Investigations International is seeking a Data and Research Manager to run our outreach funnel engine. You will pull asset lists, coordinate with vendors, and organize data for mailer, call center, and digital outreach channels.

The role requires data extraction, cleaning, and organization with monthly production cycles, strong discretion, and experience in asset recovery or related fields. Remote tools and OSINT are used to discover contact data.

Qualifications

• Experience with data extraction, cleaning, and organization (Excel/Sheets required; SQL a plus).
• Familiarity with skip-tracing or batch data vendor platforms.
• Comfort with OSINT / AI-assisted research tools for public profile discovery.
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage a monthly production cycle.
• Discretion handling personal and financial-adjacent data.
• Prior experience in asset recovery, skip tracing, marketing operations, or data research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract and maintain state-level unclaimed property lists from public sources.
• Request and manage data batching with third-party vendors to append current contact information.
• Silo and organize processed lists into clean, ready-to-use segments for the outreach funnel.
• Execute monthly production cycles aligned with management review and sign-off.
• Use AI-assisted search to identify public social profiles for outreach targets.
• Coordinate multi-channel outbound sequencing across mailer, call center, and social notifications.
• Track reach and response data to optimize funnel performance and cash flow per cycle.

Job Description - Data and Research Manager

Lauth Investigations' Asset Recovery Division is hiring a Data & Research Manager to run the engine behind our outreach funnel. This is a highly specialized, front-end research and data role:you'llpull state asset lists, coordinate with batch data vendors, and organize information for use across mailer, call center, and digital outreach channels — directly driving cash flow for the division.

What You'll Do

• Extract andmaintainstate-level unclaimed property / asset lists from public sources
• Request and manage data batching with third-party batch/skip-trace vendors to append current contact information
• Silo and organize processed lists into clean, ready-to-use segments for the outreach funnel
• Execute monthly production cycles aligned with management review and sign-off (first-of-month workflow)
• Use AI-assisted search toidentifypublic Facebook and LinkedIn profile links for outreach targets
• Coordinate multi-channel outbound sequencing — mailer, call center (CCC), and social notifications — so each lead is reached across channels in a tight window
• Track reach and response data across channels to helpoptimizefunnel performance and cash flow per cycle
