Job summary

Thakral One Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Test Engineer to validate data pipelines, analytics solutions, and Power BI dashboards for accuracy and reliability. You will ensure data quality by performing ETL/ELT testing, SQL validation, and end-to-end SIT/UAT/regression testing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in software, data, or analytics testing, and can collaborate effectively with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality analytics outputs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software, data, or analytics testing.
• Experience with ETL/data pipeline testing and Power BI report validation.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.
• Knowledge of SIT, UAT, and regression testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Validate data pipelines and analytics solutions for accuracy and quality.
• Test Power BI dashboards against business requirements and data sources.

As a Data & Analytics Test Engineer, you will validate data pipelines, analytics solutions, and Power BI dashboards to ensure they deliver accurate, reliable, and high‑quality outcomes for business users.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Testing & Validation

• Perform functional, SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities across analytics solutions.
• Validate ETL/ELT processes and data transformations to ensure data integrity.
• Validate Power BI reports and dashboards against business requirements.
• Perform data reconciliation and accuracy checks across data sources and outputs.

Defect Management & Collaboration

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and business users to investigate and resolve issues.
• Support test execution activities and reporting.

Technical Expertise

• You have experience with ETL/data pipeline testing.
