Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• 1+ year of experience in e-commerce, preferably in Lazada, Shopee & TikTok.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create templates and applications, and use complex formulas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple, easily understandable manner.
• With strong background on EXCEL, VLOOK UP, PIVOT, SUMIFS

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large datasets with a focus on accuracy, relevancy, and timeliness.
• Develop comprehensive Excel templates and applications to handle complex data management tasks.
• Expertly use complex formulas in Excel to derive insights from data.
• Create, maintain, and present data reports on a regular basis, ensuring they are easy to understand and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand their data and reporting needs.
• Continuously improve data quality, reporting methods, and Excel applications.
