Novare is seeking a Solutions Consultant/Architect to drive digital transformation initiatives in the Customer Experience Solutions space. The role collaborates with sales, portfolio, product management, and professional services to identify opportunities and design enterprise-grade Data & Analytics solutions across industries.

The position requires a strong technical background in Data & Analytics, experience in pre-sales or solution architecture, and the ability to engage with Go-To-Market

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s or college degree in CS/IT or engineering.
• Experience in Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect, or PreSales focused on Data & Analytics.
• Must be adept with the technology stack used in the assigned portfolio offering.
• Ability to craft solution designs and prototype concepts for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities and collaborate with sales, portfolio, product, and services teams.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and business opportunities within the COE/Solutions Group.
• Design enterprise-grade Data & Analytics solutions and architectures across industries.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives through the sales lifecycle to identify business challenges.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client requirements and roadmap.
• Presentations, onboarding opportunities, and coordination to ensure delivery of deliverables.
• Prepare RFIs/RFPs, proposals, statements of work, and industry solution materials.
