Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a hybrid data analytics professional to support a Fortune 100 financial institution in enhancing risk decision-making. The role focuses on building scalable data solutions, dashboards, and self-service analytics across cloud platforms.

You will work with SQL, Python, and BI tools, collaborating with business teams to translate requirements into impactful data-driven solutions while adhering to data governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, CS, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, IT, or related quantitative discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience using SQL and Python.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, SQL databases, and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Exposure to AWS services and cloud-based data solutions.

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience using SQL and Python.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, SQL databases, and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Exposure to AWS services and cloud-based data solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in banking, financial services, or insurance sectors is advantageous.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and related frameworks is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is beneficial.
