AimBig Employment Pty Ltd client, a major international financial institution, seeks a data analytics professional to design scalable data solutions for risk management. You will analyse diverse datasets, build dashboards, and collaborate with business teams to deliver data-driven insights.

The role offers hybrid work with two monthly office visits at the Alabang location and a mid-shift schedule (3PM–12AM) to align with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in data analytics, data science, or data engineering.
• At least 1 year hands-on SQL and Python.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data governance.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, IT, or a related quantitative discipline.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering.


• At least 1 year of hands-on experience using SQL and Python.


• Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.


• Strong understanding of data warehousing, SQL databases, and working with structured and unstructured data.


• Exposure to AWS services and cloud-based data solutions.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience working in banking, financial services, or insurance sectors is advantageous.


• Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and related frameworks is preferred.


• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is beneficial.
