Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics-Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business/Systems Analyst to implement IT solution projects for internal and external customers. You will identify IT needs, translate them into system requirements, and design practical solutions within a regional IT&D team.

Responsibilities include system design, testing, training, UAT coordination, and data analytics using BI tools. Strong English communication and adaptability to new technologies are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Must identify customer needs and translate into system requirements.
• Ability to design conceptual system solutions and create process diagrams.
• Experience configuring systems, testing, training, and coordinating UAT.
• Experience in data analysis and BI tools is a plus.
• Fluent English; Cantonese/Mandarin beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document customers’ IT needs and processes.
• Prepare conceptual designs for system solutions and propose architectures.
• Implement systems including testing, training, configuration, and UAT coordination.
• Code simple automated processes and deploy ETL for data analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful project delivery.
